By enrolling in or accessing any course on EBSA Academy, you agree to the following terms:

Course access is granted upon successful enrollment or completion of payment. Your enrollment gives you personal, non-transferable access to the course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

All course content — including videos, documents, quizzes, and materials — is provided for your personal learning use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share course content with others without explicit written permission from EBSA Academy.

4. Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. EBSA Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this code.
