Refund Policy
EBSA Academy is committed to ensuring learner satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, AND
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to academy@ebsa.or.tz with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The course title
- Your order or enrollment ID
- Reason for the refund request (optional)
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Payment will be returned via the original payment method where possible.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if: (a) the 7-day window has passed, (b) more than 20% of the course has been completed, or (c) the refund is for a promotional or discounted enrollment.
